This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks, including mechanical assembly, woodworking, and metalworking. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with tools, has basic technical skills, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. Climate controlled environment. Responsibilities Assemble components on circuit boards with precision and accuracy. Cut and shape metal extrusions using appropriate tools and equipment. Use an air torque wrench to tighten bolts and ensure secure assemblies. Follow detailed instructions, blueprints, or schematics to complete tasks. Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines. Qualifications Basic experience in mechanical assembly, woodworking, or metalworking. Familiarity with tools such as air torque wrenches, saws, or soldering equipment (preferred but not required). Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or instructions. Hardworking, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team. Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive tasks. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications a plus.
