• Must-Have RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent6 months-1 year of manufacturing experience preferredHeat exchanger or tube manufacturing experience preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsAbility to perform tube rolling and stabbing operationsAbility to perform hydrostatic testingAbility to assemble tube and section componentsCrane and manlift certification preferred or ability to obtain certificationStrong attention to detail and hand-eye coordinationAbility to follow work instructions, JSAs, and PPE requirementsStrong safety awarenessAbility to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environmentTube Roller B•2nd Shift•Position SummaryThe Tube Roller is responsible for rolling, stabbing, assembling, and hydrostatically testing tubes and sections used in the manufacturing process.

This position requires the ability to follow blueprints and work instructions, operate equipment safely, document testing results, and maintain quality standards throughout production. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable working with industrial equipment and materials. Tube Roller B

• Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructionsRoll and stab tubes into sections according to specificationsAssemble tube and section components for proper fit and functionPerform hydrostatic testing according to established proceduresDocument hydrostatic testing results and assembly information on travelersOperate cranes and other equipment to safely move and position tubes and componentsPerform routine equipment inspectionsAssist with basic equipment maintenance as requiredInspect completed work for defects and proper assemblyIdentify defective materials or components and communicate issuesFollow JSAs, work instructions, PPE requirements, and safety proceduresMaintain a clean and hazard-free work areaWork efficiently while meeting production and quality requirementsPerform other duties as assignedTube Roller B•2nd Shift•Additional QualificationsPrevious heat exchanger manufacturing experience strongly preferredExperience with tube assembly or industrial fabrication is a plusCrane or manlift experience preferredStrong mechanical aptitudeGood problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detailReliable attendance and positive work attitudeAbility to follow detailed instructionsWillingness to learn new equipment and processesCommitment to quality, safety, and productivityPhysical RequirementsFrequent standing and walkingFrequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouchingAbility to climb and maintain balanceAbility to push and pull materialsAbility to lift and move materials as requiredAbility to work around industrial equipment, cranes, and machineryAbility to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shiftAbility to wear required
