Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Job Order #: 126433 Position Overview Stand-By Personnel is seeking an experienced A-Frame Assembly Technician to join a manufacturing team in Claremore. This position is responsible for building and assembling structural A-Frame components using hand tools, hardware, blueprints, and production instructions. The ideal candidate has previous assembly experience, is comfortable working with structural components, and can accurately follow diagrams and blueprints while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. Required Experience & Skills Previous assembly experience required Experience safely using hand tools and general shop equipment Ability to read and interpret instructions, diagrams, and blueprints Understanding of hardware, fasteners, and proper assembly methods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to follow production schedules and report completed work accurately Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Commitment to company safety procedures and manufacturing standards Essential Duties & Responsibilities Build and assemble structural A-Frame components according to production requirements Safely operate hand tools and general shop equipment during assembly Select and properly use hardware and fasteners for structural assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions Verify components are properly positioned, aligned, and securely assembled Follow production schedules and accurately report completed work Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety programs, procedures, and manufacturing requirements Perform additional assembly and production duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Previous structural or mechanical assembly experience Metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing experience Familiarity with assembly drawings and production blueprints Mechanical aptitude and experience working with structural hardware Physical Requirements Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Frequent walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing ladders Strong visual abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment Ability to safely perform physically demanding assembly work while wearing required PPE Work Environment Non-temperature-controlled metal fabrication and manufacturing facility Exposure to industrial noise, dust, dirt, metal particles, and production equipment Required PPE includes hearing protection, safety glasses with side shields, and OSHA-compliant safety footwear Paint masks or respirators may be required for certain operations Occasional weekday or weekend work may be required based on production demands Why You'll Want This Opportunity $22.00/hour base pay + $2.00/hour shift differential Effective compensation of $24.00/hour for the scheduled second shift Convenient Monday-Thursday schedule Full-time, long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Weekly pay Opportunity to build experience with structural assembly, blueprints, and industrial fabrication Excellent opportunity for continued growth in a manufacturing environment Ready to Apply?
