Temp-to-Hire Job Order #: 126434 Position Overview Stand-By Personnel is seeking an experienced Final Assembly Technician to join a manufacturing and fabrication team in Claremore. This position is responsible for building A-Frames, assembling structural components, installing hardware and fasteners, and completing final assemblies according to blueprints and production requirements. The ideal candidate has previous assembly experience, is comfortable using hand tools, and can accurately follow diagrams and blueprints while maintaining strong quality and safety standards . Required Experience & Skills Previous assembly experience required Experience safely using hand tools and general shop equipment Ability to read and interpret instructions, diagrams, and blueprints Understanding of hardware, fasteners, and proper assembly methods Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to follow production schedules and report completed work Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Commitment to company safety procedures and quality standards Essential Duties & Responsibilities Build and assemble A-Frames using general shop tools Assemble structural components according to production specifications Select and properly install hardware and fasteners Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and assembly instructions Verify components are properly positioned, aligned, and securely assembled Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy Follow production schedules and report completed work as required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company policies, safety programs, and manufacturing procedures Perform additional final assembly and production duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Previous structural or mechanical assembly experience Metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing experience Experience working from assembly drawings and blueprints Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with structural hardware Experience using a variety of hand and power tools Physical Requirements Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Frequent walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing ladders Strong visual abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment Ability to safely perform physically demanding assembly work while wearing required PPE Work Environment Non-temperature-controlled metal fabrication and manufacturing facility Exposure to industrial noise, dust, dirt, metal particles, and production equipment Required PPE includes hearing protection, safety glasses with side shields, and OSHA-compliant safety footwear Paint masks or respirators may be required for certain operations Hands-on environment focused on safety, quality, and accurate final assembly Why You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay of $24.00/hour Consistent day-shift schedule Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Weekly pay Opportunity to build experience with structural assembly, blueprints, and industrial fabrication Hands-on work assembling finished structural products Excellent opportunity for continued growth in manufacturing, fabrication, and mechanical assembly Ready to Apply?
