Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Experience in PLC programming, automation systems, and industrial software Experience with OSHA regulations and food safety standardsPreferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDExperience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies Knowledge of energy management and sustainability practices in industrial settings

Work Environment:
This position involves hands-on technical work and troubleshooting. The role requires the ability to work in various environments, including production floors, mechanical rooms, and offices. Some travel between facilities may be necessary. The Technician must be comfortable working around heavy machinery, at heights, and in confined spaces. The position may involve on-call duties for emergency situations and requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various climate conditions.About Us:
