Starting at $18.00/hour, based on experience We are looking for a Line Mechanic to join our production team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on mechanical, maintenance, manufacturing, or machine repair experience who enjoys troubleshooting equipment and keeping production lines running efficiently. Training is provided , but candidates with previous experience working on production machinery, packaging equipment, industrial equipment, or mechanical systems are strongly encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production and packaging machinery Perform preventative maintenance and routine equipment inspections Identify mechanical problems and help minimize production downtime Make adjustments and repairs to keep equipment operating properly Work closely with production employees and supervisors to keep the line running Use hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic mechanical tools Document maintenance and repairs performed Follow company safety, GMP, and OSHA requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area Equipment You'll Work With You may work with equipment including: Fillers Shrink bundlers Labeling machines Packaging equipment Production line machinery Other manufacturing equipment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Previous mechanical, maintenance, machine, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to use basic hand tools Ability to read basic measurements Ability to identify mechanical problems and determine appropriate repairs Good attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to read and write English Willingness to learn company equipment and procedures Candidates with experience as a maintenance mechanic, machine mechanic, industrial mechanic, maintenance technician, machine operator with mechanical experience, or production mechanic are encouraged to apply.
