What You'll Do As a 3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the equipment that keeps our production lines operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment Install, modify, and improve manufacturing equipment Perform welding and light fabrication as needed Maintain building systems and facility equipment Complete maintenance documentation and work orders Support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

What We're Looking For Manufacturing maintenance experience required Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics PLC troubleshooting experience preferred Welding and fabrication experience is a plus Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Why You'll Love Working Here At JTM Foods, our culture is built around the people who make our success possible.
