Long-term opportunity with potential for advancement This is a hands-on warehouse and light fabrication position with the opportunity to learn a specialized industrial trade. The position will initially be based primarily in the Exton facility, where you will help prepare industrial conveyor belts for customer orders, perform light fabrication and assembly, and assist with warehouse and shipping duties. The long-term opportunity is to develop into a Traveling / Field Conveyor Belt Technician , performing installations, repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer facilities. Responsibilities Measure and cut industrial conveyor belt material Prepare conveyor belts for customer orders Perform light fabrication and assembly Use hand and power tools Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders Assist with shipping and receiving Load, unload, and move materials Maintain an organized warehouse and work area Follow safety procedures Learn conveyor belt installation, repair, and maintenance procedures As you gain experience, you may also have the opportunity to: Travel to customer facilities Install conveyor belts Repair damaged conveyor belts Perform preventative maintenance Troubleshoot conveyor systems Work directly with customers in the field Requirements Mechanically inclined Comfortable working with hand and power tools Strong attendance and dependability Good work ethic Professional and presentable Good communication skills Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills Comfortable performing hands-on physical work Willingness to eventually travel to customer locations Reliable transportation to Exton, PA Looking for a long-term opportunity to learn and grow Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus: Mechanical assembly Industrial maintenance Warehouse work Light fabrication Conveyor systems Field service Equipment maintenance Construction or skilled trades Shipping and receiving Material handling Prior conveyor belt experience is not required.
