Job Description
Direct Hire Role! We are seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians to help maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs efficiently to minimize downtime. Perform equipment inspections and scheduled preventive maintenance. Replace or repair motors, bearings, belts, pumps, sensors, and other components. Assist with equipment installations and modifications. Document completed maintenance and repairs. Follow all plant safety procedures and maintenance standards. Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability. Qualifications Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred. Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, and industrial equipment. PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus. Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
