Candidates must have prior experience in the skilled trades industry and be comfortable working in a fast?paced environment. Schedule Monday-Friday 8?hour shifts Requirements Previous mechanical and/or welding experience Equipment operation knowledge, including forklifts and high?reach equipment Ability to work safely and follow all company standards, OSHA policies, and procedures Strong focus on efficiency and maintaining facility equipment Reliable, safety?minded, and able to work independently or as part of a team About the Role This position involves maintaining equipment, supporting facility operations, and ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently to keep the facility running smoothly.
