Job Description

Our manufacturing facility in Leetsdale, PA, is seeking skilled electro mechanical technicians to join our team. You will be responsible for assembling, calibrating, testing, and repairing various electrical and mechanical components, utilizing specialized testing instruments like voltage meters, as well as welding, cutting, and standard hand or power tools. We offer consistent, full-time Monday through Friday schedules with no weekend work required. You may select from three available shifts: first (6:00 AM
  • 2:30 PM), second (2:00 PM
  • 10:30 PM), or third (10:00 PM
  • 6:30 AM).
Our site is conveniently accessible via public transit. Compensation begins at $21.70 to $23.20 per hour, with a structured progression plan that can lead to earnings of $26.35 to $27.85 per hour by the conclusion of your first year. Additionally, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements Possession of a GED or High School Diploma Demonstrate technical aptitude with electrical and mechanical equipment to help enhance our collective production capabilities Proven proficiency in utilizing various power and hand tools Capability to safely operate a forklift Ability to interpret technical schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of work orders Maintain the physical stamina required to support team productivity through consistent standing, walking, and lifting throughout your shift Commitment to completing at least two weeks of initial training on the first shift Successful completion of a standard criminal background and drug screening process Core Proficiencies Electrical Schematics Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills Electrical Repair Mechanical Testing Electrical / Electronic Systems Mechanical Systems & Component Repair Blueprint Reading Electro Mechanical Assembly Forklift Operation
