Job Title:
Mechanical Assembly Technician Job Description This role focuses on performing in-house mechanical modifications to electric motors according to customer specifications. You will assemble, disassemble, rework, and rebuild motors of various sizes using hand, power, and pneumatic tools in a manufacturing modification shop.Shift:

M-F 7 am- 3:30 pm.Pay:
$20-$22/ hour Responsibilities Perform in-house modifications to motors. Disassemble motors, complete rework activities, and reassemble them to meet required specifications and modifications. Use standard hand tools, power tools, and air/pneumatic tools to perform all mechanical work on motors. Complete daily equipment checks to verify tools and machinery are in proper working condition. Perform housekeeping and shop organization tasks, following 5S practices to maintain a clean and efficient work area. Use Microsoft Office and/or SAP systems for reporting, tracking work orders, and documenting modification and inspection activities. Read and interpret modification orders and related documentation to ensure work is completed correctly and on time. Essential Skills High school diploma or GED. At least 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly and repair in an industrial, manufacturing, or similar environment. Proficiency in using standard hand tools for mechanical assembly and disassembly. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Mechanicsburg, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.39/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
