Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifecycle of critical plant assets. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to restore equipment functionality rapidly. Perform precision installations and alignments using specialized measuring devices to meet strict engineering specifications. Interpret technical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and bills of materials to facilitate accurate repairs and system upgrades. Conduct minor fabrication and welding tasks to support custom equipment modifications and urgent repair needs. Maintain detailed digital maintenance logs and work order documentation to ensure accurate tracking of facility health. Utilize advanced sonic detection technology to identify and eliminate air leaks, improving overall energy efficiency. Support operational success by assisting with equipment changeovers, tooling adjustments, and system startups. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent certification. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial maintenance environment. Strong proficiency in troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Demonstrated ability to operate heavy machinery including forklifts and aerial lifts. Solid understanding of mechanical apparatus and power tool safety. Preferred Skills Proven track record in leadership or team-based maintenance coordination.
