Daylight (7am-3:30pm) = $27/hr Mid Shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) = $28/hr Night Shift (11:00pm- 7:30am) = $28.50/hr Job Description The Shift Mechanic maintains and repairs high-speed production equipment in a large manufacturing environment that produces paper-based packaging. This role focuses on troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing changeovers, ensuring consistent product quality, and supporting continuous production across multiple shifts. The mechanic works closely with production teams to minimize downtime, keep equipment running safely and efficiently, and complete required production and maintenance documentation. Responsibilities Troubleshoot mechanical issues on production machinery and assist in repairs to keep lines running efficiently. Unjam production lines and safely clear material blockages to restore normal operation. Rethread production lines and ensure proper web alignment when material breaks or is changed. Replace worn or broken components such as drive belts, bearings, and related mechanical parts. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Monaca, PA.
