Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Mechanic to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. Applicants should have the knowledge and skills to maintain, diagnose and repair fluid piping and mechanical power transmission systems. Steel welding and fabrication skills are also critical. Selected candidate must successfully complete an aptitude test.

Available shift:

First Shift - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Replacing and repairing pumps, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, pulleys, and belts on wire manufacturing equipment. Collaborate with team members in a manufacturing facility to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain safety standards while operating equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and aerial platforms. Qualifications Have passed Mount Joy Wire's aptitude test. Proven experience as an industrial mechanic in a manufacturing facility Strong mechanical knowledge and skills in industrial maintenance Proficiency in welding, fabricating, and rigging Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings Basic electrical experience, including high and low voltage systems. 480V 3P is a plus. Strong troubleshooting skills.
