Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician Job Description The Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician maintains, repairs, and installs electrical and mechanical equipment throughout a manufacturing plant, ensuring reliable operation of production, packaging, and facility systems. This role works primarily on 1st shift and plays a key part in troubleshooting complex issues, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous operations in a high-impact environment. Essential Skills Two to five years of industrial electro-mechanical maintenance experience. Strong hands-on experience with maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment in an industrial environment. Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems, including switchgear, distribution, controls, instruments, and motors. Experience maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical systems such as conveyors, mixers, and packaging machinery. Ability to perform PLC troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve control system issues. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, complicated drawings, and detailed specifications. Proficiency in performing preventive maintenance on a wide range of machines and equipment. Ability to install conduit and perform related electrical installation work safely and accurately. Competence in using precision measuring instruments and inspection tools for continuous, high-accuracy inspections. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to generate solutions that significantly impact plant operations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Comfort working overtime and on weekends as required to support production demands. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of New Holland, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $79040.00/yr.
