$18.00-$24.00 per hour (based on experience/mechanical aptitude) Sawyer Staffing is hiring a Production Associate for a growing manufacturing company in Greenville, SC. We are looking for dependable individuals with mechanical aptitude who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule Monday-Friday Initial hours:

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Opportunity to transition to four 10-hour shifts in the future Responsibilities Operate and monitor a production processing line Ensure chemicals are maintained at proper levels Monitor fabric throughout the production process to prevent errors Perform quality checks and remain attentive while the line is running Assist with cleaning and maintaining a safe, organized work area Complete general production and housekeeping tasks during downtime Work as part of a two-person team to keep production running efficiently Qualifications Must pass background check & drug test Have a valid DL Mechanical aptitude required Ability to read and write Forklift experience preferred Textile manufacturing or textile finishing experience is a plus, but not required Must be detail-oriented and able to stay focused during repetitive tasks Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment Steel-toe boots required Reliable transportation Basic hand tools are a plus What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and takes pride in producing quality work.
