Job Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Mechanical Assemblers (Skid) to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex mechanical components and systems, primarily focusing on skid units used in industrial applications. Your expertise will ensure that each assembly meets strict quality standards, safety protocols, and technical specifications. Your hands-on work will directly impact the production of reliable, precision-engineered equipment used across various industries. Skills Drilling, tapping, cutting operations of steel beams and plates Installation and assembly of parts (bolting, fastening) Use of torque wrench Use of mag-drill Ability to read prints (English and metric units) Work in a small group / work well with others in a team approach Deadline oriented Attention to detail Work well alone and with minimal supervision Responsibilities Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to assemble skid units accurately. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math to verify component dimensions and ensure proper fit. Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools to assemble mechanical parts efficiently. Conduct mechanical assembly tasks including mounting components, fitting parts together, and securing assemblies with fasteners or soldering as needed. Read and interpret production documents and manufacturing instructions to maintain consistency and quality throughout the assembly process. Utilize measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers to perform quality checks and ensure adherence to specifications. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by properly using personal protective equipment (PPE) and following safety protocols during manual handling and machine operation.
