Job Title:
Electro-Mechanical Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team, working on the 2nd shift from 1pm to 9pm. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Responsibilities Conduct PLC and mechanical troubleshooting. Perform reactive and preventive maintenance. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints. Repair conveyors, sensors, compressors, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Execute facilities maintenance duties, including HVAC and plumbing tasks. Ensure reliable transportation to and from work. Essential Skills Strong troubleshooting experience in mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret schematics. Experience with facilities maintenance components like compressors, steamers, conveyors, and bearings. Proficiency in repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Own tools required for electrical and mechanical maintenance. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with 3-phase motors. Experience in a Linen Processing facility. Knowledge of industrial-grade dryers, washers, folders, and conveyors. Why Work Here? The role requires dealing with dirty and waste materials, requiring appropriate attire and precautions. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeland, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
