Responsibilities Supervise technicians performing mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical repairs Troubleshoot and repair generators, motors, pumps, rotating equipment, and related machinery Coordinate equipment teardown, inspection, repair, installation, and reassembly Perform or oversee alignment, balancing, installation, and commissioning of rotating equipment Diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment failures Work directly with customers, vendors, suppliers, and internal service teams Coordinate parts, materials, repair schedules, and project requirements Review technical drawings, schematics, specifications, and work orders Provide technical direction and ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards Qualifications Strong industrial electrical and mechanical repair background Previous supervisory, foreman, lead technician, or crew leadership experience Experience interacting with customers and vendors Experience with generators, electric motors, pumps, bearings, shafts, couplings, and rotating equipment Knowledge of alignment and balancing procedures Strong troubleshooting, installation, and general mechanical repair skills Experience with industrial maintenance, field service, motor repair, generator repair, or rotating equipment strongly preferred Relocation & Incentives Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement with receipts $650/month housing assistance for 3 months $1,500 retention bonus at 90 days $1,500 retention bonus at 180 days
