Job Duties Assemble clutch components and mechanical parts according to specifications. Inspect clutches and components for defects and proper assembly. Use hand and power tools to assemble, adjust, and secure components. Measure and verify parts for proper fit and alignment. Follow work instructions and safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy. Required Experience & Tools Previous mechanical assembly experience preferred. Hands-on experience using hand and power tools is required.

Candidates must demonstrate excellent manual handling skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards through proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and systems according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and production documents. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math techniques to verify dimensions and ensure accuracy. Interpret technical drawings and mechanical blueprints accurately for proper assembly procedures. Operate manual, pneumatic, and power tools safely and efficiently during assembly processes. Conduct machining tasks as required, including drilling, tapping, or minor fabrication to meet specifications. Follow safety protocols diligently by utilizing appropriate PPE and handling specialized industrial tools responsibly. Perform quality checks using measuring instruments to verify component fit and function before final assembly. Document assembly steps and inspection results clearly for quality assurance records. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions promptly. Skills Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with a strong understanding of mechanical blueprint interpretation. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment. Ability to interpret production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions. Familiarity with shop math principles necessary for precise measurements and calculations. Knowledge of soldering techniques is a plus for integrating electrical components during assembly. Understanding of safety standards including proper PPE use and manual handling procedures. Capable of interpreting technical drawings related to machining or component fabrication.
