This position requires strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing CNC and automated production equipment . Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CNC production machinery and industrial equipment Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures and determine root causes Troubleshoot motors, sensors, switches, relays, contactors, control panels, and electrical circuits Perform repairs and adjustments to production machinery to minimize downtime Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems Perform preventive and corrective maintenance Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals Replace defective electrical and mechanical components Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns during production Document repairs and completed maintenance Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Qualifications Previous industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience required Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience repairing CNC or automated production equipment Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge Ability to use meters and other electrical diagnostic equipment PLC/VFD troubleshooting experience is a strong plus Must be comfortable working independently on 3rd shift Must be dependable and able to troubleshoot equipment under production demands This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance technician looking for stable, long-term employment in a production environment.
Pay:
$25.00 - $34.00 per hour
