Position Authority YES has authority to: NO has authority to: Intervene and repair machinery to restore availability following technical guides and supervisor orders (p. 2). Make changes to the original design (mechanical, electrical, or software) without authorization from Solutions Engineering Mexico (p. 2). Replace damaged components using the spare parts specified in the blueprints and Bill of Materials (BOM) (p. 2). Alter critical process or safety parameters that affect final quality or equipment integrity (p. 2). Immediately stop their own activity if an imminent risk to personal safety or equipment is detected (p. 2). Authorize the official startup of a new line or equipment without prior validation from their supervisor (p. 2). 7. Generic Description The incumbent is responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, as well as equipment integration and installation at the U.S. plant. Their primary function is to ensure that machines designed by the Engineering Solutions team operate correctly through precise technical execution on the floor. They are in charge of physical integration, wiring, and repair, guaranteeing compliance with safety standards (LOTO/ESD) and production response times (p. 2).
