What your day looks like Interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and customer specs to plan each build. Assemble custom test fixtures, rack-mount cabinets, and specialized manufacturing equipment. Use hand and power tools confidently and inspect your work for precision and accuracy. Pay, location, and schedules

Pay Rate:

$19

• 22/hour (based on experience & shift)

Location:

Richardson, TX 1st Shift (Mon-Thu): 5:00 AM

• 3:30 PM 2nd Shift (Mon-Thu): 4:00 PM
• 2:30 AM Weekend Shift (Fri-Sun): 5:00 AM
• 5:00 PM What you bring

Experience:

6+ months in mechanical assembly.

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (required & verified).

Skills:

Detail-focused, computer-literate, collaborative.

Physical:

Comfortable standing, handling materials, and performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Compliance Screening:

Background check and drug screening required.
