Temp Now Hiring:
Industrial Maintenance Technician Starting pay: $17- 22 HR.
What You'll Do:
- Perform daily breakdown repairs on production equipment.
- Complete preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
- Provide general building and facility maintenance support.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, fabrication, and CNC equipment.
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, battery-operated, and electrical tools.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and equipment documentation.
- Work safely around forklifts, overhead cranes, and other industrial equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with industrial maintenance, fabrication equipment, pneumatic systems, or CNC machinery.
- Ability to read technical manuals and mechanical drawings.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Occasional Overtime Available Work Environment:
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, welding, grinding, sawing, paint, and industrial fumes.
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing, eye, face, and respiratory protection as needed.
- Safety is the top priority in every aspect of the job.
