Responsibilities Position Summary:

The Electro-Mechanical Technician will be responsible for the assembly, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems in machinery, equipment, and production lines. This role requires a strong understanding of both mechanical components and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and install electrical and mechanical components according to schematics, blueprints, or technical drawings. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in machinery and equipment. Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely. Use diagnostic tools and testing equipment to verify the functionality of equipment. Document repairs, calibrations, and part replacements in maintenance logs. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support new equipment installs or modifications. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications Qualifications:

Associate degree or technical diploma in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. 2+ years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, PLCs, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics. Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and maintenance software. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to bend, twist, do extensive walking, lift up to 50 lbs, and have good hand-eye coordination. Must have a valid state driver's license.

Preferred:

Experience with automation systems and robotic equipment. Certification in electrical or mechanical systems (e.g. Maintenance Technician Certification).
