Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic to join our Prime Source team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems within our manufacturing facility. Your expertise will ensure optimal operation, safety, and efficiency of production processes. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Troubleshoot complex machinery issues using schematics, electrical blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Utilize diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and precision measuring instruments to identify faults accurately. Repair or replace electrical components, motors, Hydraulic knowledge, sensors, and other machinery parts following safety standards and technical specifications. Operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely for maintenance tasks at elevated heights. Maintain detailed maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and asset history. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance through proactive maintenance strategies. Requirements Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities with strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices. Demonstrated expertise in electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting pneumatic systems, hydraulics, and mechanical repairs. Proficiency reading schematics, electrical blueprints, and engineering diagrams essential for accurate repairs. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC/R systems, and industrial electrician skills preferred. Ability to operate tools such as stick welders and perform welding tasks safely and effectively. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking is highly desirable. Valid certification or experience in HVAC systems, electrical systems, or industrial electrician roles is advantageous. Strong analysis skills combined with excellent customer service orientation to support internal teams effectively. Excellent communication skills in English are required for clear documentation and team collaboration.
