This hands-on role is essential in supporting our high-speed beverage manufacturing equipment and ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. Schedule:
Monday-Thursday | 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM Pay Range $25.00 - $35.00 per hour + shift differential Actual compensation will be based on experience, skill level, and qualifications. Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed production and packaging equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) to reduce downtime
- Diagnose and repair mechanical systems (conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, valves)
- Support line startups, changeovers, and breakdown response
- Identify root causes and drive continuous improvement
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and schematics
