Corliss Resources LLC seeks a skilled Millwright/Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, repair, and install aggregate and concrete production equipment at our construction materials facilities. You'll troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; perform preventive maintenance; and support safe, reliable plant operations. Working in a family-owned, safety-first environment, you'll collaborate with operators and supervisors, respond to breakdowns, and help improve equipment reliability for critical residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the Pacific Northwest. Responsibilities Inspect, maintain, and repair aggregate, crushing, and concrete plant equipment to minimize downtime Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures and perform timely corrective repairs Install, align, and commission new or rebuilt machinery and production components Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and keep accurate maintenance records Fabricate, weld, and modify parts as needed to support plant operations Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO, PPE, and company safety policies Collaborate with equipment operators and supervisors to prioritize maintenance needs Assist with emergency breakdown response and after-hours repairs as required Required Skills Industrial equipment repair Preventive maintenance Hydraulic systems troubleshooting Pneumatic systems troubleshooting Welding and fabrication Mechanical blueprint reading Electrical/mechanical diagnostics Heavy equipment alignment and installation Use of hand and power tools CMMS or maintenance recordkeeping
