Monday•Friday | 6:00 AM•2:30
PM Pay:
$25.00•$30.00 per hour

Full-Time | On-Site Join Our Team We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Maintenance Mechanic I to support the maintenance and reliability of our manufacturing operations in Kent, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in industrial maintenance while working alongside experienced maintenance professionals in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will assist with maintaining production equipment, supporting facility upkeep, and ensuring machinery operates safely and efficiently. Training and development will be provided to help you expand your mechanical skills and advance your career. Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and support equipment repairs Clean, inspect, and maintain machines, conveyors, and work areas Safely operate maintenance tools and equipment Utilize pallet jacks and forklifts (training/certification provided) Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and all safety requirements Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives Complete facility maintenance tasks including painting, cleaning, and general repairs Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn industrial maintenance skills Ability to safely use hand tools and basic maintenance equipment Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English Basic math skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must provide basic hand tools Forklift experience is a plus Manufacturing, maintenance, construction, automotive repair, military maintenance, or trade school experience is preferred but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Ability to work overtime as needed to support production demands Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
