Position Summary As a Technician, you will install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot industrial equipment and systems at customer facilities and in our shop. This position requires someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. No two days are the same. Successful candidates enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and delivering quality results. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and mechanical systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform troubleshooting.
• Deliver and ship inventory.
• Assist in warehouse management.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment safely.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Follow all company safety policies.
• Travel to customer locations as needed. May require approximately 5-15% out-of-area travel.
• Participate in training to expand technical skills. QualificationsRequired
• Must be a US citizen.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be willing to complete a background check and have a clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and in industrial environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Preferred
• Experience with industrial maintenance or installation.
• Fabrication experience.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience.
• HVAC experience.
• Compressed air systems experience.
• Forklift or aerial lift certification.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Physical Requirements
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, kneel, bend, climb, and work in confined spaces.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
