$33.12/hour Position Summary We are seeking a mechanically skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support and maintain high-speed coating equipment in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving mechanical systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. What You'll Do Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify mechanical equipment and systems. Perform maintenance on high-speed coating lines. Use precision measuring tools and work with tolerances as close as .0010". Perform and document quality checks and equipment measurements. Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Work closely with operations and management to maintain reliable equipment performance. What We're Looking For High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to successfully complete a mechanical aptitude test. Experience working with industrial or manufacturing equipment preferred. Ability and willingness to learn, operate, and maintain high-speed production equipment.
