Mechanical Assembly Lead Neenah, WI | $21-$30/hr | Full-Time | Direct Hire About the Role This role is responsible for assembling conveyor systems and related mechanical equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with internal teams to build high-quality equipment while supporting overall production goals. This position is hands-on and focused on mechanical assembly. You will lead by example on the floor, working alongside team members while helping guide daily work to keep projects on track. Key Responsibilities Lead and support 1-3 mechanical assemblers on daily tasks Assemble conveyor systems and related mechanical equipment Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Use hand and power tools to complete assembly work Work with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time Maintain a clean and safe work environment Support team-based problem solving to improve processes Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in a related industry (conveyors, packaging, heavy truck, OEMs, or similar) Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately Ability to read blueprints Experience using hand and power tools Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, bend, and climb for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to work at least 40 hours per week Preferred Qualifications Experience in the conveyor industry Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
