Here at Lakeside Foods, our maintenance team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring equipment runs optimally while maintaining the facility. Maintenance mechanics/technicians are respected "Jack of All Trades" team members, performing mechanical and/or fabrication updates and using their knowledge to continuously improve production processes. What You'll Do:

Responsible for the efficient flow of product through the assigned area and assist in the repair and maintenance of all machinery in the assigned area. Occasionally supervise employees in their day-to-day duties. Handle minor personnel problems. Refer major problems to the Supervisor. Perform and carry out building maintenance duties. Lubricate machinery when necessary and when scheduled. Perform minor pipe installation and repair.

What You'll Bring:

Prior experience with mechanical maintenance preferred, willing to provide on the job training High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Valid driver's license is required Ability to work 1st shift from mid-November through June with weekends off, and 2nd Shift from May through November Positive attitude Strong work ethic Safety mindset
