```Duties```
- 2-4 Hours of daily out bound calls
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance and support
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
