Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Plant Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation and reliability of manufacturing facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of equipment and systems within the plant environment. Your expertise will help minimize downtime, improve safety, and support continuous production processes. This position offers an opportunity for individuals with a passion for industrial maintenance, mechanical systems, and technical problem-solving to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, motors, HVAC systems, electrical panels, and mechanical components. Troubleshoot issues using technical manuals and analysis skills to identify root causes of equipment failures. Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, pumps, valves, sensors, and wiring. Operate field service equipment like manlifts and ensure compliance with safety standards when working at heights. Skills Understanding of industrial mechanics, experience in field service roles is a plus Ability to perform mechanical repairs accurately. Effective communication skills in English. Background in industrial enviorments or experience working in military or highly regulated environments is advantageous. Welding experience is a plus.
