Description:

Advanced Comfort Solutions, Inc . is a full-service HVAC/R contractor in both the residential and commercial industries in the Cheyenne, Laramie, Wyoming and Northern Colorado area. We are locally owned/operated and have been in business for over 20 years. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Journeyman Retrofit Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, upgrading and replacing HVAC systems with a strong focus on quality workmanship, safety and customer service. The ideal candidate needs to be experienced, self-motivated, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities:

Install residential systems including HVAC equipment, ductwork, and related components. Remove and replace existing systems while maintaining job site cleanliness and safety. Perform system start-up, testing, and troubleshooting. Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, codes, and company standards. Complete job documentation, including photos and installation checklists. Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding project scope and system operation.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Clean driving record for the past 5 years. Must be able to pass a background and drug screen. Minimum of 4 years of experience in retrofit installation. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Proficient in the use of hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
