Join a growing industrial team where your mechanical skills can make an impact every day! What You'll Do As an Electric Motor Mechanic , you'll repair, rebuild, test, and maintain AC/DC electric motors and electro-mechanical equipment used across a variety of industries. You'll work with specialized testing equipment, precision tools, and rotating machinery while helping keep customers' operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities β Repair and rebuild AC & DC electric motors and electro-mechanical equipment β Dynamically balance rotor and armature assemblies β Replace and repair mechanical components including gears, seals, bearings, and brushes β Operate specialized testing and repair equipment β Utilize overhead cranes and medium-voltage test panels β Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues β Maintain accurate documentation and job records β Operate forklifts and follow all safety protocols β Travel to customer sites as needed β Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment β Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes
What We're Looking For Preferred:
Candidates with basic knowledge of AC/DC electro-mechanical equipment.
Required:
Strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience, and a willingness to learn.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
πΉ 2+ years of electro-mechanical repair experience preferred πΉ Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills πΉ Understanding of motor components and basic electrical theory πΉ Experience using precision measuring and testing equipment, including: Micrometers Calipers Dial Indicators Surge Testers Megger Testers πΉ Self-motivated and dependable work ethic πΉ Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship πΉ Excellent problem-solving abilities πΉ Ability to work independently and as part of a team πΉ Valid Driver's License required Physical Requirements πͺ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly πΆ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet throughout the day π Strong close vision and attention to detail for precision work Why Join Us? β

Pay Details:
