What You'll Do As an Electric Motor Mechanic , you'll repair, rebuild, test, and maintain AC/DC electric motors and electro-mechanical equipment used across a variety of industries. You'll work with specialized testing equipment, precision tools, and rotating machinery while helping keep customers' operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities ✅ Repair and rebuild AC & DC electric motors and electro-mechanical equipment ✅ Dynamically balance rotor and armature assemblies ✅ Replace and repair mechanical components including gears, seals, bearings, and brushes ✅ Operate specialized testing and repair equipment ✅ Utilize overhead cranes and medium-voltage test panels ✅ Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues ✅ Maintain accurate documentation and job records ✅ Operate forklifts and follow all safety protocols ✅ Travel to customer sites as needed ✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment ✅ Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes

What We're Looking For Preferred:

Candidates with basic knowledge of AC/DC electro-mechanical equipment.

Required:

Strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience, and a willingness to learn.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

🔹 2+ years of electro-mechanical repair experience preferred 🔹 Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills 🔹 Understanding of motor components and basic electrical theory 🔹 Experience using precision measuring and testing equipment, including: Micrometers Calipers Dial Indicators Surge Testers Megger Testers 🔹 Self-motivated and dependable work ethic 🔹 Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship 🔹 Excellent problem-solving abilities 🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team 🔹 Valid Driver's License required Physical Requirements 💪 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly 🚶 Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet throughout the day 👀 Strong close vision and attention to detail for precision work Why Join Us? ✔

Pay Details:
