Grounds & Maintenance Worker - Hotel Finial Hotel Finial is seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds and Maintenance Worker to help care for our beautiful, historic 3-acre property. Our buildings and grounds require consistent upkeep to maintain the charm and comfort our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities:

Grounds Maintenance:

Mowing, trimming, weeding, pressure washing, and general outdoor upkeep

Building Maintenance:

Minor repairs, painting, sanding, staining, and other preservation tasks

Pool Maintenance:

Daily cleaning and chemical checks

Routine Facility Maintenance:

Filter changes, smoke detector checks, PTAC unit cleaning, and other scheduled tasks

Requirements:

Physically capable of handling demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and extended time outdoors Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous maintenance experience preferred but not required You'll work alongside a supportive team of housekeepers and maintenance professionals dedicated to keeping our historic property in top shape.

$10.00 - $13.00 per hour
