Hello! We are looking for a reliable individual to work at our self-storage facility 1-2 times per week to help with basic maintenance and unit turnover tasks. This is a great opportunity for a college student with a busy schedule or someone looking to make some extra cash. The work is low-effort and typically requires only 1-2 hours per week. Work when you want and set your own schedule, as long as the work is completed on time.

Requirements:

Must be local to Boaz or Albertville Reliable and trustworthy Organized and able to follow directions Must have reliable transportation (car, etc.) Able to lift semi-heavy items, such as small pieces of furniture, when needed Comfortable using a smartphone Proficient with Google Docs Able to take and send photos via text

Job Tasks:

Place locks on vacant units Sweep out units after customers move out Pick up litter around the facility Complete other basic tasks around the property as needed

Pay/Rate:

$20 an hour.
