Modern office setting We're looking for a reliable individual to help us keep our building properly maintained. Maintenance Persons are responsible for implementing necessary repairs and helping with system upgrades, and must be able to accurately evaluate any potential problems or opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Performing light carpentry work. General Maintenace work Perform standard maintenance at various types of buildings, such as apartments, and offices. Take on a variety of tasks related to carpentry, including setting up scaffolding and hoisting equipment; drywall installation; and trim installation. Must pass background check
