None Job Summary:

Performs unskilled or semi-skilled labor, usually as a helper, in the maintenance or repair of buildings, grounds or equipment.

Typical Duties:

1. Assists tradesmen in crafts such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical and related areas. Performs other manual labor such as moving furniture, housekeeping and other maintenance functions. Delivers materials and supplies to job sites. In the presence of students, displays personal conduct which sets an example for students to emulate. Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience in applicable trades. Ability to understand instructions. Ability to read and write. Good physical health and ability to lift heavy objects.
