NE Open until Filled Summary Perform a wide variety of custodial, maintenance, and groundskeeping tasks for the upkeep of all Troy Housing Authority properties. Prepare records of work performed and supplies used. Perform specific grounds care tasks in accordance with established procedures. Clean out vacant units and make ready of units for occupancy by assisting or cleaning apartments. Clean office and maintenance buildings in accordance with established procedures. Pick up trash/debris on all properties, accompany pest control contractor, assist with the preparation of units, buildings, and grounds for inspections. Assist maintenance mechanics and others by performing a variety of assigned tasks, as needed. Report any unsafe or unsanitary conditions to supervisor, i.e. such as roofs, windows, screens, parking areas, sidewalks, etc.
