Job Description
Please no phone calls 20-30hours/week Monday - Friday We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hot Springs. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills to contribute to the upkeep and operational efficiency of commercial facilities. The successful candidate will perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks. This position is ideal for motivated professionals seeking flexible hours while making a meaningful impact on facility operations. Duties Repair and maintain facilities equipment Fix minor issues, light fixtures, garbage disposals, pick up trash, etc. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with electrical experience Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools General building interior/exterior upkeep. Experience working with Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) procedures and safety standards. Excellent communication skills in English; ability to document work accurately.
