Duties Repair and maintain facilities equipment Fix minor issues, light fixtures, garbage disposals, pick up trash, etc. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with electrical experience Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools General building interior/exterior upkeep. Experience working with Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) procedures and safety standards. Excellent communication skills in English; ability to document work accurately.
