Pay:
From $18.00 per hour (Base rate increases for related experience)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Provide support to the branch in general maintenance duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area or 2 year's related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
General maintenance duties (plumbing, carpentry, roofing, dry-wall, painting, electrical, electronic, air conditioning, concrete work, appliance maintenance, etc.). Grounds maintenance duties (lawn care, mowing, weed eating, sprinkler systems, plant and flower bed maintenance). Assist personnel and members in relocation of office or residence; (includes lifting and loading of furniture over 50 lbs.). Working in all types of weather (rain or shine, snow or other extreme heat and cold). Working knowledge of Health and Safety policies, correcting, monitoring and/or reporting all health and safety concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor. Timely and satisfactory completion of work assignments, i.e., work orders. Provide rotating on-call coverage. Open communication with Maintenance Supervisor. Complete annual and reoccurring training. Work flexible hours as needed. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Regular and punctual attendance is required. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
