Job Summary:
The Office and Facilities Support Specialist is a part-time position that plays a vital role in the daily operations of Sierra Del Saguaro Mobile Home and RV Resort. This individual will be responsible for a combination of office management, customer service, administrative support, and facilities maintenance duties. The position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of both the office space and the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Office & Administrative Duties (80%): Answering and returning phone calls in a timely and professional manner Processing and responding to emails and general mail Executing lease contracts, processing rent payments, and handling tenant inquiries Paying bills and tracking financial transactions Ordering office and maintenance supplies Tracking and processing maintenance requests from tenants Problem resolution, addressing tenant concerns and service issues promptly Taking bank deposits and managing cash handling procedures Ensuring general office space is clean, organized, and well-maintained Providing excellent customer service and acting as a liaison between tenants and management Other administrative tasks as assigned within the general scope of the position Facilities Maintenance & Cleaning Duties (10%): Cleaning two restrooms and two showers daily, maintaining cleanliness to a high standard Emptying trash and disposing of waste from office spaces and common areas Maintaining cleanliness of office space (vacuuming, dusting, surface cleaning) Checking and maintaining pool chemicals as required Picking up maintenance supplies as needed for upkeep of the building and facilities Majority of cleaning responsibilities are during the off-season (May-October) Additional Operational Support (10%): Assisting with other operational tasks as needed, including special projects or seasonal tasks that may or not require outside working conditions Occasional assistance outside of normal office hours due to emergencies within the park, such as water leaks Performing other duties as assigned by the management team within the general scope of the role
Work Schedule:
October - April (Peak-Season): Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM May - September (Off-Season): Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Part-time , ranging from 20-25 hours per week Additional hours may be available particularly during off-season 8 Paid holidays per year
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Previous experience in office administration, facilities maintenance, or property management is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks and cleaning procedures Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as required Having a good driving record with ability to run errands as needed with company vehicles or gas stipend when necessary

Living Quarters:
Potential for reduced rate living quarters after 90 days of employment
PTO and Sick Leave :
40 Hours of PTO and 24 hours of Sick Leave After 90 days of employment employees will be able to use accrued sick leave and have access to PTO allotment
