Facility Maintenance Technician

•Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing various maintenance tasks, including, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and other duties as assigned. Ability to plan and organize assigned work, gathering necessary materials, tools, and equipment to work efficiently. Reading, understanding, and following instructions to complete tasks accurately and safely adhering to applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards. Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills. Must have valid clean drivers license. Starting pay $20

•24 DOE.

Janitorial / Landscaping

Maintenance

•Cleaning of all buildings & grounds as well as mowing, weed eating, trimming, empty garbage, minor irrigation and building repairs, etc. Starting pay $17
