Job Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
High School Diploma or GED Certificate. 2
  • 3 years' experience in Building and Maintenance.
Knowledge of mathematical functions, fractions to plan and measure material requirements. Experience in Basic Computer Skills. Valid Driver's License Required (subject to motor vehicle record review).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Work Order notifications
  • checks notifications every day on computer. Assignment of notification. Go out to location of the Work Order. Complete job assignment & enter work done in notification on computer. Creating notification
  • if a customer didn't put notification in, we create one for them. SAP timesheet
  • every Monday, submit our timesheet w/mileage, time work order. Carpentry
  • repairs, install doors, windows, walls. Plumbing; sewer cleaning, repair water line. Painting; texture plastering, taping, and painting. Landscaping
  • mowing, cut weeds, trimming hedges, pick up trash.
Electrical; changing basic light tubes, fixtures, bulbs, check heater, dry wall. Performs other duties as assigned. Navajo Preference Navajo Veteran Preference This institution is an equal opportunity provider and employer.
