Diamond Ridge Development Corporation is looking for an employee willing to travel for our Maintenance position at the Rest Areas in northern Arizona. Looking for an employee located in any town in Flagstaff, Parks, Kingman, Williams, or Rimrock. Responsible for completing day-to-day tasks that include traveling and maintaining repairs at the assigned location and working with other employees and the public. This person is responsible for completing on-site maintenance work, contract work at the assigned location, and ensuring the Rest Areas are maintained for the customer and operating for the public. This includes, but is not limited to, making sure employees are cleaning restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, collecting and removing trash, lawn maintenance, restocking toilet paper, picking up trash, groundskeeping, and reporting any problems found. Diamond Ridge is looking for an employee who is willing to work with other employees and ensure the Rest Areas are in the best condition for our customer and the public. Required Qualifications Speak, read and understand English Must be willing to travel within the state Must have a valid Driver's License and one other valid form of ID (Social security card, ID card, passport, etc.) Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds minimum Repetitive pushing, pulling, stretching, reaching, kneeling, stooping and bending Ability to do minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs. Must be able to work around moving mechanical parts, traffic conditions, and outdoor conditions.
